1. Overview

This Return and Refund Policy explains the rules for canceling or modifying bookings made through CalenSync. Our aim is to provide clarity and fairness for all users while ensuring smooth scheduling operations. It applies to all services offered on our platform in Singapore. Please read this policy carefully before using our services.

2. Conditions for Returns

You may request a refund or reschedule a meeting if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not qualify for a full refund, e.g., unless due to technical issues. We strive to accommodate reasonable requests wherever possible.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Meetings that have already taken place cannot be refunded, as the service is considered delivered. Integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Zoom links) activated before cancellation are also non-refundable. Prepaid subscription plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. These exceptions ensure fairness for both users and our business.

4. Return Process

To request a refund, log into your CalenSync account and submit a cancellation request via the “My Bookings” section. Provide your booking ID and reason for cancellation to expedite the process. Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 48 hours. Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 7 business days to avoid delays.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if you cancel a multi-session package after using some sessions. For example, if you book five meetings and cancel after two, we’ll refund the unused portion pro-rata. The amount depends on the package terms at the time of purchase. We’ll email you the details of the refund calculation in such cases.

6. Cancellation of Services

You may cancel your CalenSync subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins to avoid charges. Once canceled, you’ll retain access until the current cycle ends, but no refunds will be issued for unused time. Early cancellations due to technical issues on our end may qualify for exceptions. Contact us if you encounter problems affecting your service.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you’re unhappy with a refund decision, you can appeal by emailing us with details of your case. We’ll review disputes fairly and respond within 5 business days with a resolution. Our goal is to address concerns amicably and maintain your trust. Persistent issues can be escalated to a manager if needed.
